Growing up in a family where the marsh was a way of life, he developed an instinctive understanding of the local tides, weather patterns, and fish movements. This background has allowed him to transition from a local enthusiast to a highly respected Lafitte LA fishing guide, dedicated to sharing the beauty of his home waters with visitors from all over the world. His approach to guiding is centered on patience and education, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and confident, regardless of their prior experience on the water. He treats every outing as a shared adventure, focusing on the specific goals of his guests—whether that is a quiet night on the flats or the pursuit of a prehistoric giant. His expertise isn't just in finding the fish; it's in understanding the "why" behind their behavior, from how they react to the lunar cycle to where they seek cover during seasonal shifts.
